I don't know about you, but I love sequins!! I originally wore this dress for New Year's Eve on 2019 (when none of us had a clue what 2020 was about to unleash) and it's been in my closet ever since, waiting for the right occasion to shine again... And here we are, the time has come!!
I love to buy a new outfit for special occasions, but I never get it with the idea that is not going to be reworn. I may go a year or so without wearing it, but just when I have a last minute special event and suddenly "I don't have anything to wear" those "waiting" repeat outfits save the day. The detail on the waist of the dress was created by nothing other than....drumroll please....a hair tie!! This dress fits nicely as a loose boxy style, however I wanted to add some character and decided to do this to the waist. Remember to be creative with your clothing. There are no rules in fashion; well technically there are. But the point is to have fun with your style!
